    Beware of pricing and condition!

    Product price dropped 10% before my order was even delivered. I contacted the seller to see if I could be credited for the difference since the laptop hadn’t yet arrived (shipping was slow). Seller refused and said I’d have to return it and repurchase at the lower price. Condition of laptop overall was reasonable. Lid was heavily scratched but the rest of the body and screen appeared okay. Functionality was as expected.

    Beware Computer Components in Techdeals4less Laptops

    I bought two of these machines in February 2021. While they were received in a timely fashion and worked on arrival, one of the laptops stopped working about 60 days after receipt. I have never had a computer stop working in two months. I had the computer professionally assessed and was told the Tensor Processing Unit (TPU) chip used in the machine was very old and had failed. Of course, techdeals4less will not replace the chip or the laptop.There is no way to buy a computer from this company and determine whether it is going to function during the warranty period. I am back to buying computers directly from Dell. At least they are using parts in the same generation as the computers they sell. I would not recommend buying anything from this company.

    Unrecognized AC adaptor – Bought from GoldenRice Computer

    Computer came in with a super strong chemical smell. Plugged it in and noticed battery wouldn’t charged when AC adaptor was plugged in. Alas, BIOS confirmed the AC adaptor is unkown. Decided I will keep it because everything else looks like it is working ok for what I need it for (online class). I charge it from a dock station with a USB-C cable.

    This unit came exactly as advertised. Yes, it has a touchscreen. The unit is in pristine shape, was hard to tell it was used. This is my 3rd ‘used’ Amazon laptop purchased and it was in the best shape of them all. Because it came from an authorized MS refurbished, it came with a new Windows 10 installation. When booted up it offered a free upgrade to Windows 11, which I accepted. I could not be happier with this purchase for the money. Huge value.

    Works well but arrived skinned to hide imperfections. Backlit keyboard doesn’t work.

    It’s a great little laptop and this is not the first time I have had a “renewed” one with the cover skinned to hide imperfections. I wish sellers would just state this rather than “we won’t disclose it if they don’t notice”. Backlit keyboard does not work (I tried everything)…but I am willing to live with that as a got the 2-in-1 version that converts to somewhat of a tablet. Docking 1 star for the skin & the defective keyboard backlight.

    My husband is doing online school. They won’t allow chromebooks because they interfere with the proctoring program. We bought a cheap computer a few years ago But had problems with it. We finally relented and got a new (to us) computer. It came very quickly. Packaged very well. This laptop works great. Very fast.

    Great laptop for the price

    This laptop exceeded my expectations. There is not much memory onboard so it depends on your needs but for basic use and an external hard drive you are in good shape. It came with a free upgrade to Windows 11 which I did and then realized some of my apps and programs would not run anymore so I rolled it back to Windows 10. For the price.. good deal

    It’s touch screen with back-lit keyboard but the screen is on a smaller size for a laptop

    It has a small screen, a big popup add can block the view easily. I think an ad blocker will take care of this problem. The sticky cover paper for the lid is off to one side by 1mm so on other side you can feel with your finger the sticky paper edge is sticking out. There are 3 scratches on its spine. None of these problems affect the computer performance. It’s speedy with responsive touch screen. I already install Win11 on it and it run fine.

    I’m simply delighted with this notebook.

    The notebook is fantastic.It’s really like new.The only thing you can see that it was used is the Touchpad for having small usage marks.But everything is in excellent condition.I live in Brazil and asked a friend who lives in the USA to bring it, I was afraid in case of this problem but the notebook still has a 90-day warranty.All settings came as per the ad.Everything works, USB, HDMI, TouchDisplay, Usb-C, Ethernet, Camera, Audio, etc.The Windows Pro license comes on the protected label.Honestly, I found it very good and professional.I really liked, it was the best purchase I made in 2021.Thanks also to the InterConnection company.

    Really nice laptop

    I had a question about the laptop and the company answered promptly and resolved the issue. Great to deal with. I use the laptop for work and also testing. I am able to run Virtual Box with Linux VM’s for testing purposes. So far everything runs great. Time will tell if there are any issues but so far it’s been great!

    Problematic

    I was skeptical in purchasing a used laptop. But upon inspecting the laptop, I am very satisfied. There are no dings and the laptop is in very good condition. I can tell it was well taken care off. The battery is good considering the laptop is two years old. Still getting approximately low 90 % life after a full charge overnight and letting it drain to 20%. Dell Latitude 7390 has good specs and performs well, although I will be upgrading the RAM to 16 GB. The screen is bright and no defects. I travel a lot and the laptop’s size and weight is perfect. The laptop is upgradeable to Windows 11 to which I did immediately. This is a plus. The seller is professional and trustworthy in my experience. I expect to use this laptop in the next three or four years and I would definitely buy again from the seller in the future.
